This lovely book is used- good. The title page has some water marking but aside from that it's very clean and pristine. This is one of those collections of recipes that you find lots of little gems of recipes in; the type of beloved recipe shared by families that is destined to become a beloved favorite of your family. It has a spiral lay-flat binding so you can lay it open on your counter and not lose the page.
