Acceptable copy of Of Men ad Music by Deems Taylor. This volume is showing some age, light soiling, no dust jacket. However, the spine and the pages are tight. There are some markings inside, checkmarks near the chapter numbers in the index, most likely to indicate a read chapter. Inscription in the front from previous owner, Marguerite Mullenneaux, dated May 1950. (Ms. Mullenneaux led an amazing life, you can read her obituary here.)
The front flyleaf appears to have been torn from the book, albeit cleanly. The gray cloth boards are straight. This is a lovely, readable copy. This is the third edition, printed in 1937.
