Lovely hardcover, unfortunately the spine cover is coming away and has been taped in place. This book also comes with a fun piece of ephemera, the flyer from the International Collectors Library describing the stories selected for this edition, a brief biography for de Maupassant, and explanation for the decoration on the outside of the book. Pretty end papers. No dust jacket. Pages have deckle edges. This would be a great project for re-binding.
